Terms of Sale
This Terms of Sale Agreement (this “Agreement”) constitutes a binding legal contract between you and 1 Bag at a Time, Inc., a California corporation, DBA SnapSac™ (“IBAG”), the owner and operator of the 1bagatatime.com and SnapSac.com websites, aka the “Sites.” Ordering products or services through these Sites means acceptance of our Agreement and any future amendments. Changes are effective once posted.

Orders and Sales Tax
You may order products and services from our Sites at any time so long as the Sites are functional. No taxes are implemented for purchases shipped outside of California, and 1BAG will notify customers of tax due prior to purchase.
We describe products on our Sites as thoroughly and with as much detail as possible, and are not responsible for any product color changes due to your monitor’s display. We also do not warrant that descriptions and other Site content is accurate, error-free, or otherwise reliable. If you are unsatisfied with the product you receive, you may return unused products according to the terms of our refund policy (see below). Customized products are sold as final sale and no item that has been altered is eligible for refund or return.
Prices and information are updated periodically and are current to the best of our knowledge when posted. However, some products, prices, manufacturer promotions, product information, photos, or offers may change before we are able to update and post the information on our web sites. In the event of an unexpected cost increase or other change, we will contact you to determine whether you want to continue your order at the new price or cancel it. We reserve the right to decline acceptance of any orders.
We make a point of displaying Site products as accurately as possible, however the colors we use might change depending on your monitor display. We are not responsible for these changes.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day limited warranty on all bags purchased via our Site. Our 30-day limited warranty states that we will replace, within the first 30 days of purchase, any defective bags (purchased via the Site) which malfunction as a result of defects in design, materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage to bags caused by unreasonable use, misuse, neglect, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to make a warranty claim. We will send you a claim form for return of your product. Please note that shipping costs both ways are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.
If you customize or alter your bag in any way after purchase from us, you void all warranties and the bag is non-refundable.
Payments and Disputed Payments
Our Sites accept all major credit cards, including Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. We do not accept checks, money orders, or drafts. All disputed credit card purchases are the customer’s responsibility and are known as “chargebacks.”
Pricing, Pricing Errors, Shipping, and Other Pricing Errors
Prices on our Sites are quoted in U.S. currency and do not include shipping, handling, sales tax, and expedited services. Such charges will be added to your total invoice. You are responsible for payment of shipping and similar charges, as well as any state and local taxes connected to your order.
Occasionally, pricing errors may occur on our websites. If the amount you pay for a product is clearly incorrect or eventually determined as incorrect, whether it was an error on the posted price or something else, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you for the correct amount. This is our policy no matter the cause of the error.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
