We make the order process easy.  We can help with artwork and will work with you until you are one hundred percent happy with your bag design.  Even if you just have an idea of what you want to see on your bag, send it to us. We will suggest a design, colors, and make sure the art is working for you.

When your art is done and order is complete, we will move forward to order a sample bag just for you.  You will receive a photo proof free of charge for your final approval.  Once you approve, we schedule production and shipping of your bags, and get them on their way to your door.

We take care of all the logistics details so you don’t have to worry about anything. We’ll keep you updated with notices about where your bags are and you’ll know when to expect them.

Please keep in mind that lead times are approximately 10-12 weeks.  During some times of the year, lead times can be extended due to holidays here and overseas.  Please see our Order Guide to plan the best time so that you can be sure to have bags when you need them.
